Payment Method
Prices are in Australian dollars. We accept all major credit cards as well as payment via Paypal and Zip Pay. We do not collect or record any credit card details you provide when purchasing with us. Your credit card details are processed by eWAY.
Production Time
Your artwork is custom made just for you so please allow up to 7 working days before it is shipped – we want to make sure it’s perfect! Once we have sent your order, we’ll also send you a courtesy email to let you know!
Delivery
When you receive your shipping email, it’s safe to say your print is on the way!
To be on the safe side, allow 4-6 business days to most places in Australia. However, for rural areas allow a bit longer, 6-12 days should do it. International deliveries tend to take 2-3 weeks.
If your print is a gift and you need it by a certain date, tell us in your order notes so we can do our best to make it happen.
Colour Match
We try hard to accurately represent the vibrant colours of Karmen Harley’s images. However, due to different computer screens, mobile devices and the properties of the different paper types we offer, the images should only be taken as a guide. The colour and sharpness of a finished Karmen Harley artwork is far superior to what can be represented on a website or small screen at low resolution.
Care and Maintenance
Your print is made using high quality archival paper and inks. So that you can enjoy your artwork for many years to come, we have a few tips.
Do not hang your artwork in direct sunlight.
Use acid free tape and acid free matt board if you are framing the print yourself. The matt will help keep your print away from the glass and damaging it.
If in doubt, use a professional framer.
Returns and Exchanges (within Australia only)
Your artwork is made to order and there are no returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, we want you to LOVE your print, so if for any reason your artwork is not what you expected, please email us at orders@karmenharley.com
Faulty or Damaged Prints
Karmen Harley prints are hand produced using the highest quality products. Any slight markings or variations are intentional. Every care is taken when packaging your artwork. In the unlikely event that you receive a package which is visually damaged or opened, please insist this is noted with the carrier when signing for your order and contact us immediately. We will send you out a replacement print and will contact the courier company directly to sort out any claims.
Whilst we do not refund for change of mind purchases, if the item is faulty we do abide by Australian Consumer Law.
Duties and Taxes
Any items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and taxes as required by your country.
Copyright
Reproduction of any artwork or information on this website is a breach of copyright. If you wish to share the website or the photographs, all images must be credited to Karmen Harley and linked to www.iammisadventure.com. If you wish to reproduce the images in any way, permission must be obtained first. Please email Karmen directly at karmen@karmenharley.com
Privacy
Any personal information you provide us with will not be shared, sold or distributed to anyone else, in any way. We won’t even send out marketing emails to you just because you’ve placed an order with us. So if you would like to receive our newsletter, sign up!
